- Applicants must be computer literate.
- BSc or HND in Human Resource or Human Resource Administration, with 4 years relevant experience.
- Must be capable of working with minimum supervision and must have good command of the English Language, organizational and administrative skills.
- Must be proficient in the following technology customer relationship management software; database user interface and query software, email, human resources software, office suite software and word processing software.

Essential Functions:
- Respond professionally to clients enquiries via email, phone & chat.
- Always be willing to go the extra mile to exceed clients expectations.
- Conduct clients training sessions to help our clients excel in their careers.
- Analyze and provide technical troubleshooting where necessary.
- Participation with adhoc projects and site testing.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
- Technical troubleshooting skills an advantage.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to multi task
