Job description

  • The successful candidates will look for, interview and screen applicants for job vacancies.
  • The person will also promote career opportunities in the company
  • Search for candidates who are qualified for a specified job criteria.
  • Interview applicants to see if they are a solid fit for the job.
  • Conduct background and reference checks.
  • Completing tasks in resourceful and effective ways and applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of queries. 
  • By exuding a customer service excellence mentality and utilizing a pro-active approach to communication with both our internal and external clients, you will strive to fullfil our clients employment aspirations and help them take control of their own careers. 
  • Applicants  must be computer literate.
  • BSc or HND in Human Resource or Human Resource Administration, with 4 years relevant experience.
  • Must be capable of working with minimum supervision and must have good command of the English Language, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Must be proficient in the following technology customer relationship management software; database user interface and query software, email, human resources software, office suite software and word processing software.

Essential Functions:
  • Respond professionally to clients enquiries via email, phone & chat.
  • Always be willing to go the extra mile to exceed clients expectations.
  • Conduct clients training sessions to help our clients excel in their careers.
  • Analyze and provide technical troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Participation with adhoc projects and site testing.


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills an advantage.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to multi task
