Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.
