Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:

- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials available.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.

Requirements
