Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
