SAP ARIBA Consultant (GC--USC)

Preferred . • Experience and understanding of Production support. • Ability to work in team environment • Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment • Should Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. Should be able to lead small projects with team. • Should know how to prepare Solution Blue print, Functional design Documents, Integration documents, process design documents.  • Should be able to prepare content as necessary to conduct solution workshops • Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level requirements. • Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project • Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the solution and capture user feedback • Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements • Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and diagrams • Should be proficient at Updating Ariba Workbooks - Enablement Workbook / Header Fields Workbook / Process Design Workbook / Content Workbook • Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve issues • Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team. • Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary • Resolve the test defects • Analytical and Communication skills  • Planning and Co-ordination skills • Experience with project management • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. • Handle co-ordination with different teams including SAP Ariba team. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements

Desired Skills & Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with  Information Technology.
