Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Coordinator to oversee and streamline our operational processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives at   DAZARCHITECTS

Responsibilities

  • Being the point of contact for general communications with the Company and the Clients.
  • Modify and adjust documents for presentation purposes
  • Accurately filling legal documents and tender documents as per requests
  • Reply eloquently and fluently to projects related emails as per instructions.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings
  • Keeping confidential information
  • Office duties such as sourcing office supplies and handling the filing system
  • Providing complete administrative support
  • Acting as a virtual assistant
  • Using technical tools and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially text processing software and Excel spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in creative presentation software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint, is essential
  • Strong organizational & planning skills
  • Experience in document control
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring effective communication and the sharing of best practices among teams.

 

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (interior Design, Graphic design, Marketing, English literature…)
  • Creative
  • Proficient in windows office (PowerPoint, excel, word), Photoshop, InDesign
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English language
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
