Responsibilities Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a comprehensive strategic vision and strategy for HomeTeam Pest Defense. The Director of Strategic Initiatives ensures successful integration of new business ventures including governmental affairs, operational alignment following acquisitions, and supports branch splits. Additionally, this role contributes to branch and department training with an emphasis on Sentricon Termite bait while partnering with the Region Technical Director in the region. This position provides leadership and guidance on special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations or Division President. There’s plenty of perks too! Minimum of 5+ years of proven leadership excellence. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience. Demonstrated financial and budget oversight experience exceeding $10 million. Proven success in mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives. Strong analytical and conceptual decision-making skills. Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to inspire and develop teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead through change.
