Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the daily workflow of the department
  • Leads the franchising and business development initiatives
  • Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns
  • Tracks all franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
  • Works with the executive team, marketing managers, department heads, to set the franchising strategy for the brands
  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities
  • Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven franchise relations/ business development management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Expert understanding of service and product
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday-saturday

Education:
