 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mowing turf across City parks and reserves
  • Operating ride-on mowers and line trimmers
  • Performing edging, blowing, and line trimming
  • Maintaining equipment and reporting issues
  • Following traffic and site safety procedures
  • Attending toolbox meetings and safety briefings
  • Supporting general parks maintenance tasks

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on operator with a passion for outdoor work and community service. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Year 10 Certificate
  • Horticulture Certificate 3 or equivalent would be highly regarded
  • White Card and First Aid Certificate
  • C Class Drivers Licence Minimum, MR Class Desirable
  • Experience with turf mowing and small plant
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of OH&S and site safety
  • National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
