As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the development and deployment of our industry-leading software. You are a hands-on leader who sweats the details, is obsessed with building amazing teams, has outstanding communication skills, and has a bias for action. The complexity that comes with building and integrating enterprise software is well understood, and you excel at partnering with colleagues across development, product, and the service delivery organizations to understand customer needs and prioritize action. You have experience working in a hypergrowth organization and enjoy the challenges these opportunities bring.  You also process a high level of EQ to understand the needs of the team to fully support them on this journey.
