Position Summary The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data across the branch network, developing performance reports, managing KPI frameworks, supporting budget and headcount planning, and participating in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency. This role also plays a key part in designing and calculating monthly incentive programs to drive branch performance.
