Description
- Management of client’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) Digital Payments solutions – The candidate will be responsible for product development and go-to-market execution of ACH digital payments features and services.
- The role will focus on incorporating ACH payments into Client’s digital platforms in order to deliver significant value to our customers and ecosystem stakeholders including but not limited to: issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers
- Manage the digital payments ACH product roadmap leveraging client technology to develop product enhancements that deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, convenient payment choices, and transaction security.
- Manage agile product development of ACH solutions, ensuring that critical business needs are addressed and client Technology resources deliver maximum value to the product.
- Execute go-to-market processes for ACH solutions, ensuring that the product has been technically enabled, tested, and delivered with requisite documentation, packaging, and sales materials.
- Support product development and go-to-market execution of other related Digital Payments Products as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with a variety of digital payment types and solutions.
- General understanding of web services and backend technical processes.
- Ability to mix technical knowledge with practical real world experience to bridge between business and technology.
- Understanding of client’s sales process to traditional customers (Financial Institutions) as well Non-Financial Institution customers (merchants and technology partners).
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management, and matrix-management skills are critical.
- Ability to influence internal and external business partners
- Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and client.
