Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or BA in Graphic Design
- Expert User of Adobe Suite
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Strong quality control of work
- Must be able to manage multiple fast-paced, deadline driven projects
- Team player with a positive attitude a must
Skills:
- Coloring site plans and elevations
- Printing, binding, mounting boards for presentations and interviews
- Managing the design portion of proposals, presentations, and other related materials
- Designing ads, infographics, and other marketing tools
- Layout of design review packets, feasibility studies, and more
- Maintenance and regular creative updates of all marketing materials and templates
- Ability support a brand through correct adherence to standards and protocol
