Model Maker

These are the main features that you will embody:

YOU WILL BE:

• A good communication with high craftsmanship
• Must be an exceptional model maker
• Revit skills are a required skillset for you to communicate with other architects
• Willingness to adapt and learn new techniques
• Experience managing all forms of model making is not required
• An open, motivated, self-taught mental outlook is required
• Acting like you just won a Grammy, not required!
  

Our Must haves:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Minimum 2 years Revit Experience
• AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, Creative Office Suite and MS Office experience preferred
• Ability to track multiple project schedules
• Superior Customer Service and Follow Through
• Experience in all phases of project work
• Committed to Project Deadline 

Our Wish list:

• Newforma and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with one or more of the following projects types: o Senior Housing and High Rise o Student Housing o Affordable Housing o Mixed-Use o Workplace
