Description:

A Senior Cisco Unified Communications Consultant/Architect to provide professional services in support of its Cisco IP Telephony initiatives. This will focus primarily on planning and engineering activities in support of the specific pros initiatives Either Webcam or In-Person

A qualified Senior Consultant will perform in a staff augmentation role to work with other members of the DTMB NTSD Voice Services team. The contractor will follow all established standard processes and procedures to plan, design, deliver, document and support assigned IP Telephony and IP Contact Center requests for new service and/or changes involving existing Agency clients. This position is also responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of these services. This includes the use of SoM NTSD standard delivery service management tools (BMC Remedy and SMMS). Specialist level qualifications on Telecommunications components such as Oracle (Acme Packet) Session Border Controller, Cisco Call Manager, Session Manager, CUBE, UCCX, PCCE, Attendant Console, Informacast, switches, routers, gateways, IP phone sets and other related devices such as analog adaptors.

Must Have:-

-8 Years experience with Cisco Unified Communications/Voice -Highly Desired Cisco certifications preferred (CUCC, CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNP) -Desired ITIL v3 Foundation for ITI Service Management certification -5 years experience with Cisco CUCM platform maintenance and support -3 years experience with Cisco UCCX platform maintenance and support -2 years experience with Cisco PCCE platform maintenance and support -2 years experience with Cisco SME maintenance and support -2 years experience with Oracle SBC SIP platform maintenance and support
