Job description
The purpose for this position is to oversee the sales and service operation of a branch office, ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Key activities include selling, managing sales and administrative staff, overseeing office sales activities and strategic planning. Search Division: Sales environment comprised of Recruiters who specialize in contingency search/retained placements in a local, regional or national market Local Staffing Temporary Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary and temp to hire placements in a local market. Local Staffing Full Service Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary, temp to hire and contingency fee career placements in a local market.
*Minimum of two years staffing industry experience managing a profitable environment preferred *Professional appearance and demeanor *Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel when necessary to attend sales meetings and training classes
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Education or work experience in the area of management. *Industry certified or equivalent work experience
