Our client is seeking a coffee lover that is friendly, approachable, and proactive person that will be go the extra mile. Assisting new customers and members with their purchases helping with self-services technology.

MAIN DUTIES:

To greet, engage and provide information while exhibiting a warm and charismatic manner, focussing on exceptional customer service to include:

• Welcoming and greeting customers on arrival.
• Taking customers through their journey.
• To ensure an exceptional fast paste client experience
• Confidently and proactively approaching consumers
• Ability to build strong consumer relations

Successful candidates should:

• Be service and client focused with the ability to take initiatives, have flexibility and be team spirited
• Aim to project a professional image with high standards of personal presentation.
• Diligent and hard working
• Possess a high level of communication skills showing a warm and engaging manner
• Be well spoke, fluent in English, other languages an asset.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
