Job Description

 

Our Financial Planning team is seeking a high-level, detail oriented Senior Financial Analyst to develop, implement, and interpret complex financial and accounting models used for operational strategic planning and financial control.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

• Responsible for preparing multi-million dollar annual Operations budgets. 
• Work with cost center owners to prepare annual Operations G&A expense budget considering anticipated headcount, FTE agents and all other operational expenses.
• Forecast updates on a monthly basis.  Review monthly financial statements variance analysis for all expenses related to operations G&A. 
• Manages a Financial Analyst with the generation of daily and/or weekly operational reports.  Confirms the accuracy and integrity of locally maintained call center data used as basis for reporting. 
• Initiates projects to streamline processes and reports automation as the business evolves.
• Reviews and approves the Weekly Call Center Statistics Report for executive management.  Responsible for identifying key metrics, trends, variances, and areas that may require additional analysis by the operational departments. 
• Makes recommendations as to how issues identified can be resolved either systematically or through changes in the process leading to cost savings. 
• Maintain the financial model encompassing all Call Center expense.  Regularly examine, analyze, and test the model for accuracy.
• Responsible for preparing the accrual for Call Center Outsourced Labor.  Reconciles and reviews G/L account activity for call center accounts.  Prepares and distributes month end financial reports to cost center owners.     

 

Required Experience

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with MBA preferred
• Five to Eight years of accounting or finance experience. Prior experience preparing budgets and ability to communicate with senior management
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Data query tools and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with SQL.VBA Strongly preferred.

$80-100K plus Bonus
