Head Chef salary £40k - £60k DOE

This is successful and established Bistro/Restaurant located in Central London. The Restaurant hosts a fantastic Kitchen team who produce everything in house serving 200 covers each day from a changing, seasonal menu. The Head Chef will work alongside a motivated and energetic Director and gifted GM to drive the business forward and maintain standards of the highest quality.

Applicants for this role will be in a Head Chef role at present, currently working in one of London's top Restaurants. You will be used to working with large numbers in a high quality operation. Candidate's with previous experience of working with French cuisine will have an advantage in this instance.
