Job description

As a Spa Receptionist at Villa Haven, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient spa experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, spa management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a computerised booking system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with spa management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
