Job description
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assists guests with their needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all Food and Beverage regulations.
- Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocol.
- Minimum 2 years Bartending experience in a same or similar environment.
- High school degree or its equivalent.
- Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.
- Passion for Food, Beverage and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
