Mobile App Developer Intern

As an experienced software developer you will be responsible for helping create new mobile applications for our company. You will be a key member of our team driving the effort building products and extending products that help our brand expand.  

Responsibilities include:

• Provide mobile application development leadership to facilitate the implementation of mobile strategy under aggressive timelines
• Provide and adhere to best practices for mobile application development
• Ensure that developed software adheres to the functional specification requirements
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders during the software development lifecycle
• Write detailed technical specs
•  Code and test development objects that meet the documented functional & technical requirements

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in an information technology field 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment 
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Ability to work independently and communicate risks or potential problems to manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing for iOS and Android platforms
• Demonstrate a desire to continue learning and better your craft
• Technical aptitude and desire for continued learning of both Software and all things technology
• Java experience helpful but not required
