Job description

He/she closely cooperates with global, regional and Local teams to identify required digital D&A needs . He/she will be responsible of ensuring on time delivery, supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement/maintenance across the regions. This will be in the form of defining standards, playbooks, foundational performance and qualitative metrics to drive consistency across the globe in the use of the channel.

This individual will collaborate with Marketing, Global & Regional CE&O teams, Field Force Excellence, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to establish digital capability that drive digital customer engagement at Biogen. He/she will act as a product owner, driving change, innovation and positioned as internal subject matter expert in the area of Digital Data & Analytics. Based on this foundational execution excellence, a solid mix of digital data & analytics activities should lead Biogen to the next level of digital customer engagement.

Accountability

  • Lead the development of integrated measurement frameworks across all digital capabilities and marketing programs. Define and evolve web analytics tagging strategy and implementation across our current and future digital platforms to ensure accurate data capture. Lead the definition, development and organization of digital analytics throughout the company.
  • Manage end to end digital data flow. Define digital data ecosystem and its integration with other data ecosystem. Expose Digital data to the rest of the organization through the tools used.
  • Close collaboration with the regional and local brand teams, Medical, Market Access, Legal and FFE to identify requirements for digital D&A across Biogen’s different therapeutic areas. Set up KPIs and governance.
  • Close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders for planning, development, integration and implementation of capabilities..
  • Communicate, educate and train internal stakeholders. Ensure right level of adoption and usage of the capability within the organization. Continuous improvement of digital D&A operational processes.
  • 7+ years proven track record in digital (Mobile and Web) analytics & digital data management
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of Digital data, and a strong ability to connect digital & “traditional” business data.

The Associate Director Digital Capability (Digital Data & Analytics) will lead global vision, roadmap and development of the digital Data & Analytics capability priorities that enhance our overall digital customer engagement strategy and approach. He/she will be responsible of the definition of the Digital D&A strategy, leading Biogen to be at the forefront of digital data & analytics management, innovating and using top edge to generate meaningful, powerful and impactful insights.
