Warehouse Operator

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Execute all warehouse and inbound logistics activities (GMP and Non-GMP coded material receipts, inventory transactions and warehouse tasks & activities within designated areas, transfers to manufacturing, shipping…)
• Participate in process improvement teams such as safety, 5S and compliance teams
• Identify, communicate and implement initiatives and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Ensure the warehouse operations are fully compliant (EHS transport and dangerous goods storage and transport regulations…)

• First strong experience within an operational position in Warehouse in GMP Environment
• At least 3 years experience within an operational Warehouse, ideally, automaed
• Proven experience in using an ERP system (SAP, Oracle…)
• Trained on ADR and IA

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for all warehouse and inbound logistics activities at the Biogen next generation Drug Substance (DS) Facility. These activities include Clinical and Commercial product and sample logistics, cGMP warehousing (raw materials, cell banks, product intermediates, and finished goods), shipping and receiving for the site, as well as for non-cGMP materials. You ensure a timely and accurate execution of respective activities.
