Manufacturing Associate Buffer Prep

Your primary responsibilities will be to support commissioning and validation activities of the site with a strong focus on our Upstream equipment, working in close collaboration with the Engineering teams. Once the site is going to be operational some of your main responsibilities will be to:

• Execute manufacturing processing steps and/or manufacturing support activities using electronic batch records for the Media and/or Cell Culture area
• Revise electronic documentation as instructed: Key documentation includes eBR’s (electronic Batch Records) and electronic logbooks
• Actively participate in training activities, managing your individual development plan
• Train other technicians as required
• A Good level of English is mandatory, German would be a plus
• Practical knowledge and application of cGMP compliance and other related regulations
• You are technically sound and possess a strong understanding of automated systems and process control

We are building a new, Next-Generation Biologics Manufacturing Facility in Luterbach (Canton Solothurn) in Switzerland. The facility will utilize new technologies pioneered by our experts in technical development and employ an innovative, world-class engineering design to deliver substantially increased productivity. It will initially house two manufacturing cells each containing four 18’500 liters bioreactors.
