Job description
What you’ll be doing:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing clients within the financial industry. You will be handling inbound and outbound follow-up calls to update existing profiles and answering questions regarding their account. This location has its own cafeteria and beverages available for the use of the employees. The client specializes within the Investments, Banking, and Financial industries
On-going Contract-to-Perm (90 day policy)
Pay: $10.25 hourly
Shift: Must be Flexible to work between 9am-9pm M-F for 40 Hours weekly (Including Some Saturdays)
Training: 1st 8:30am-5:30pm M-F
Location: Century Place, S.E. Hickory, NC 28602
Requirements
**Must have 100% attendance for 1st 90 days and being on-time is critical**
**2+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience is preferred**
**Steady job history is highly desirable**
**Financial service, fraud experience preferred**
** Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen required for verification**
**Must have a High School diploma or equivalent**
Preferences
Credit /Debit Card activations & deactivations; online password resets; fraud verification and basic customer service.
