Accounts Payable Supervisor

Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for a Senior Accounts Payable Supervisor ! This is an exciting Direct Hire opportunity, with a company working in the Industrial Industry. 

 This individual will: 

-Review invoices using a 3 way match system

• Work with Time and Expense Concure
• Work with a team of 6-7 individuals
• Responsible for answering questions
• Supervising the Accounts Payable Processing

Qualifications and Requirements: 

-2-3 years experience working in a Supervisor role

• 2-3 years experience working in an accounting role in an industrial setting
• Accounting software experience and knowledge preferred
• Must have excellent and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and organized; work independently; able to prioritize and multi-task
