Job description
Immediate openings for Office Clerk and Corporate Receptionist for premier companies located in Williamson County area:
We are seeking individuals with at least one year of office experience and strong administrative skills
Great personality and attitude and willingness to represent these companies with a variety of duties which may include:
- Greeting visitors
- Performing some administrative tasks
- Process expense reports
- Overhead invoice prep, coding, and sending to the correct people
- Responsible for all mail
- Order office supply inventory and any other needs for office
- Various small projects assigned
- Book travel arrangements and manage schedules
Candidates should be highly motivated, focused, and should be able to demonstrate responsibility and must have the ability to work well independently.
Strong data entry and computer skills is also required.
Candidates for Office Clerk must be highly organized, detail oriented, and computer literate.
