Leads Production and Infrastructure Management

• Lead and manage the Production & Infrastructure ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Drive projects related to manufacturing infrastructure, capacity management, and equipment validation.
• Optimize plant layout, processes, and resources to achieve productivity and cost-efficiency targets.
• Ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams across production and infrastructure functions.

 

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in production, infrastructure, or industrial engineering roles within the automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment validation, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, cost-benefit analysis, and quality systems.
• Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.
• English: Fluent
