Job description

As an Audit Coordination Leader, you will oversee and drive the performance of our audit coordination activities within the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality service to clients, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, train, and support a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure high productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and skill development of new team members.

Audit Planning & Scheduling

  • Oversee audit schedule arrangements across the EMEA zone in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service planning, considering scope, timelines, and resource availability.
  • Escalate and resolve operational challenges to ensure service continuity.

Supplier & Auditor Relationship Management

  • Supervise the supplier onboarding process and ensure smooth operational setup.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, inspectors, and auditors.
  • Ensure teams provide timely support to field inspectors and auditors in day-to-day operations.

Resource Allocation & Optimization

  • Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise, location, and service type.
  • Optimize routing, work distribution, and transport costs across the region.
  • Implement data-driven decisions to improve scheduling efficiency.

Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMA’s quality standards.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective or preventive actions.
  • Contribute to operational enhancements, process improvements, and digital tool adoption.

It could be you, if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English/French.
  • A college degree or above, with major in Sciences, Business Administration, Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain.
  • A high level of motivation, polyvalence, and outstanding organization skills.
  • Some experience in quality control, trading, or manufacturing.
