Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, devices, and at-home care

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes

• Prioritize caseload and manage daily therapy assignments

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred:

• Previous acute care or rehab therapy experience
