Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered therapeutic care and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for physical rehabilitation

  • Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home care plans

  • Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals

  • Ensure therapy meets standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and collaboration with staff and leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required

  • State of Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible at time of hire)

  • BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
