Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is ideal for critical thinkers with strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, evidence-based emergency care to diverse patient populations.

• Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and administer medications.

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on patient plans.

• Support discharge planning and provide patient/family education.

• Maintain equipment, uphold infection control, and adhere to safety standards.

• Contribute to department goals, performance improvement, and teamwork initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

• Active RN license (Florida or Compact; FL license within 90 days if Compact).

• Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care ER experience required.

• Certifications:

  • BLS & ACLS (within 30 days of hire)

  • PALS (within 30 days of hire)

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
