Registered Nurse Inpatient Surgical Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical Unit to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This 45-bed surgical unit is ideal for nurses who thrive in structured, high-patient-volume settings and are dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure continuity of care.

• Manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, maintaining efficiency and clinical expertise.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience required.

• Licensure: Current Florida RN license, or RN Compact license with ability to obtain Florida licensure within 90 days of hire.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.

Preferred:

• Nurses who thrive in structured, high-volume inpatient units with rotating schedules.
