Job description
We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team full-time for night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This position is ideal for compassionate, skilled nurses who want to deliver focused, high-acuity care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in a supportive and innovative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an 8-bed CVICU
Serve as a patient advocate and maintain confidentiality
Perform frequent clinical assessments and administer treatment plans
Educate patients and families on medications and ongoing care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes
Support patient recovery through personalized and precise care
Active RN License in Florida (or Compact with eligibility to obtain FL license prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
BLS certification – Required
ACLS certification – Must be obtained within 6 months of hire
NIH Stroke Scale certification – Required within 30 days
CCRN certification – Preferred (or must be obtained within 2 years)
BSN preferred
