Emergency Room Registered Nurse Free Standing ED

We are hiring ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our high-performing FSED team. You will care for patients of all ages in an emergency setting, ensuring rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment. If you're a team-oriented nurse with strong clinical skills, this role offers autonomy, variety, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly triage, assess, and provide emergency care to patients

• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and support staff for seamless transitions

• Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously

• Develop and implement patient care plans

• Educate patients and families on discharge plans and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed

Required:

• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (or eligible to obtain before hire)

• 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience

• Associate Degree or RN Diploma

• BLS certification (must be active before start)

• ACLS & PALS (within 90 days of hire)

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (within 90 days of hire)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Experience in Free Standing Emergency Departments
