Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Develop and implement patient-specific therapy goals

• Provide direct therapy services in acute, rehab, or inpatient settings

• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support best outcomes

• Complete required documentation and comply with regulatory standards

• Participate in mandatory on-site onboarding and training sessions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience in acute care, inpatient, or rehab (must be specified)
