LR_Specialist - Train Driver Training (397063)

The Specialist - Train Driver Training position is responsible for conducting on-site, in-house, and teams-based training classes for train drivers, Shunt Drivers, train assistants, dispatchers and other Rail operations employees working for ArcelorMittal Liberia. The Rail Operations Sr Training Officer is responsible for delivering training courses and lead other on the job practical training and assessments ensuring all training materials and classes remain current and effective. The Rail Operations Sr Training Officer must remain current on AML equipment and will be responsible for explaining complex equipment information and procedures to non-technical audiences. The trainer must have effective oral and written communication skills in English and must be able to design a program, implement, monitor on site and assess for certification. Hence, the trainer must possess Trainer/ Assessor certificate to qualify and certify Rail Operators.
