LR_Supervisor - Rail Equipment (397481)

The Supervisor – Rail Equipment is responsible for the frontline oversight, operation, and maintenance coordination of all track maintenance machinery used along the Yekepa–Buchanan rail corridor. This includes tampers, ballast regulators, grinders, track inspection vehicles, and all portable or specialized tools used to maintain track geometry, ballast condition, and rail integrity. The role ensures equipment availability, operational readiness, safe operation, and accurate tracking of each asset’s location and custodian. The supervisor must also be capable of operating the equipment when required and must coordinate timely maintenance and repairs to support AML’s rail infrastructure reliability.
