KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Entrepreneurial, forward thinking operator – ideally with retail/hospitality experience
- Excellent evidence of people management and delivering improvements
- High degree of commercial sense and acumen
- Must be customer focused and driven
- Used to working towards and setting targets as well as inspiring a team to hit targets
- Being responsible for the whole operation of the store
- Be passionate about the development and growth of the team
