What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and business clients, acting as a trusted advisor for cash management solutions.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and delivering tailored proposals aligned with client needs.
- Understand client business models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency using corporate card and cash management products.
- Provide expert consultation on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory updates across the UAE and GCC region.
- Collaborate with product, operations, IT, and compliance teams to develop and deliver customized, compliant solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position offerings effectively and recommend product enhancements.
- Manage operational, credit, and compliance risks associated with cash management products, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and platform support.
- Achieve division-set sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor performance metrics and stay current with industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP) is an advantage.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in corporate credit card industry , with a focus on cash management sales in a bank or financial institution. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
- Industry Exposure: Banking or Financial Services
