About the Role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert advice, problem-solving, and fostering long-term relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.

  • Regularly review customer portfolios to identify business opportunities and cross-sell financial products.

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and aligning with expectations.

  • Provide specialist guidance, advice, and resolution of customer queries to achieve satisfaction.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and business support units, to streamline processes.

  • Maintain professionalism and integrity, aligning with the Staff Code of Conduct.
