Job description
- Direct the management and optimization of the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify our presence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
- Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and update financial records.
- Motivate and direct the Sales agents to meet financial targets.
- Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to customers through excellent customer service to resolve queries.
- Ensure effective sales achievements by sourcing quality deals from various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify key insights and develop effective solutions that align with business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Credit Card / Personal Loans business.
- Communication skills: Explains or presents factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way.
- Negotiation skills: Must possess the ability to communicate and influence others to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
- Sales orientation: Has the ability to persuade others to accept products, services or ideas in order to meet a specific need.
- Teamwork: Works collaboratively with others, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Shows flexibility in response to changing circumstances and can adjust strategies to meet new challenges.
