HR JD:

Should have 5+ years servicenow implementation and support experience

Should have hands on experience of at least 2 projects (ServiceNow HRSM implementation)

HRSM implementation experience in ServiceNow Helsinki and above is preferred

HR Service management

HR case management

Integration of ServiceNow with third party applications like workday, Success factor etc

Strong in HR domain

Good communication skills

Requirement gathering

Design

Coding and testing

LEGAL:
