Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a junior associate for a corporate practice group as part of a large law firm in Silicon Valley. Candidates must have between one and three years' experience representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, early stage transactions, securities transactions and financings. Large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school are also required.
