Job description
- Develop, curate, and oversee content across various social media platforms ( Instagram , Facebook, Tiktok, etc) to create brand buzz, boost brand visibility and foster positive customer engagement
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and identify relevant influencers to drive awareness, engagement and sales
- Conceptualise, plan and implement compelling copy and visuals for digital marketing campaigns, newsletter, and website content that align with Chagee’s brand voice and values
- Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, etc. to achieve high open and click-through rates
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics across various targeted digital channels. Utilize data insights to enhance strategies and boost campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate closely across different departments including marketing, sales, product development etc. to effectively implement branding and marketing efforts
- Manage and build relationships with external stakeholders, including external vendors, agencies, to oversee production of assets during launches
- Keep abreast with the latest news, digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective
