Collections Representative

Description:

• Research delinquent accounts, Direct contact with customers; Updated customer records; Other duties assigned by supervisor
• Preferred SAP experience; excellent customer service skills; some excel knowledge

Manager's Note:

• Manager is interested in seeing recent college grads with customer service experience.
• Will be researching delinquent accounts, contacting businesses on past due amounts, and updating customer records.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; needs to be computer savvy and able to quick up new systems quickly
