Business Analyst qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (Major: computer science, information systems, mathematics or related functional field)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience
• Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Able to demonstrate quick learning on the job. An active team player with a keen and open mind to acquire new functional and process knowledge
• Excellent time management skills with leadership potential. Ability to create plans and timelines and execute the plan successfully to complete assigned work with team members.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities

Required Skills & Education

Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies 4 year college degree or equivalent. Experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix
