DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales
- Share the brand's vision and story with customers, and establish long-term relationships
- Carefully listen and understand customer needs, proactively provide service, assist in promoting the company's brand, and ensure customers have a good shopping experience
- Properly manage the daily operations of the store
PROFILE
- 3 years' relevant experience in luxury retail industry
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, and passionate about storytelling and providing excellent service
- Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and emphasis on teamwork
- Able to handle multiple tasks and willing to accept challenges
