Job description
Position Responsibilities:
- Salesforce CRM administration (user setups, permissions, etc.)
- Own Salesforce development
- Write up project charters
- Lead projects with internal and external developers
- Social listening capability
- Oversee contract management process
- Contract document owner and manager
- Customer expense tracking
- Weekly auditing of the system for accuracy with contract information
- Audit for compliance
- User scorecard generation and distribution to business unit leadership
- Build and manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects
- Provide ongoing improvements and enhancements to the system as provided by quarterly de-bugging process
- Linking project updates from the Salesforce system to the Charter system
- Create and continually iterate on rules to streamline processes
- Find creative new ways Salesforce can meet? business needs
Position Qualifications:
- Solid experience in Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting, dashboarding, and app rollouts
- Creativity and great problem-solving skills
- Must love optimizing business processes
- Experience with Data loaders highly desired
- SQL skills highly desired
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Apps
- Knowledge of Business Objects and Roambi applications a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Track record of getting things done on time and on spec
- Certification in Salesforce Administrator preferred
